Soraluce high rail gantry milling machines are designed to machine complex, high precision parts with high performance. They offer high cutting capacity at high speed and chip volume, enormous accuracy and are complemented by Soraluce’s long experience in the milling industry and proven cutting-edge technology.
The Dynamic Line consists of three machine models that offer specific solutions for the aerospace, mold and die, and general engineering industries. The focus is on machining a variety of materials such as composites, aluminum, metal and steel alloys.
Tailored to the specific needs of different industries and applications, the machines can be equipped with either 5-axis simultaneous milling heads or high-torque milling heads. This versatility makes it easy to machine complex geometries.
In addition, the machines are equipped with a complete splash guard, which ensures cleanliness and safety in the workplace.
Various dust extraction systems, which can be integrated both in the machining area and on the milling heads, ensure optimum cleanliness throughout the machining process. This aspect is crucial for the operator’s health (avoiding the inhalation of toxic fumes/fibers) and for the cleanliness of the work area.

Maximum efficiency thanks to the High Dynamics feature with revolutionary high-speed cutting capabilities. With axis speeds up to 60,000 mm/min and accelerations up to 4 m/s², these machines maximize productivity.
Innovative 5-axis milling heads with speeds up to 30,000 rpm offer not only high speed, but also precision and fineness. These milling heads make it possible to machine complex geometries. Whether customers are producing the perfect aerospace component, complex molds and dies, or roughing and finishing steel or aluminum, the High Dynamics feature ensures that machining operations are performed with unsurpassed precision and efficiency.
At the heart of the cutting capability are the milling heads, which deliver outstanding power of up to 60 kW. This high power ensures optimum performance and allows the user to perform even the most demanding cutting operations with ease and precision. In addition, the solution offers a wide range of 5-axis milling heads with high torque up to 2,000 Nm. This versatility allows users to perform complex machining operations with the highest precision, covering a wide range of applications in various industries.

The company presents highly productive, unattended machining processes that meet the needs of all industrial sectors: from a single machine with pallet transfer control to complex, flexible machining cells made up of several machines with workpiece and tool feeding systems, controlled by advanced software, the Soraluce Control System. This customized software manages the machining cell according to the job list concept and integrates all the elements that make it up, such as machines, workpieces, pallets, tools and CNC programs, to facilitate its operation.

Soraluce multitasking solutions are available for all lines. The ability to perform different operations such as milling, turning, drilling, grinding and gear cutting on a single machine offers numerous advantages for production. Technically complex parts can be machined in a single setup. These solutions ensure high machining accuracy and workpiece quality. They also reduce setup times and contribute to cost savings. A single machine that can perform multiple machining operations reduces the need for additional machines and therefore the space required in the production hall. A wide range of machine tables such as NC rotary tables, NC rotary and travelling tables, turning tables, special milling and turning heads and cycles complete the range.
