Intec 2023

Intec 2023

The company: Customer-oriented and reliable
The machines and technologies: Pioneering

From March 07 to 10, 2023, the Intec, international trade fair for machine tools, manufacturing and automation, will open its doors in Leipzig, Germany. Trade visitors can look forward to a wealth of know-how in the field of machining technology at the Bimatec Soraluce booth.

The machine builder’s portfolio includes complex individual machining solutions ranging from standard machines to highly customized systems with automation. The milling, turning and grinding machines for large-scale machining are leading in cutting technology. The company is a pioneer in the development of new technologies for efficient and optimized processes.

Multitasking
The “all in one” multitask concept offers maximum flexibility. It enables various machining processes such as milling, turning, drilling, grinding and gear cutting to be carried out on one machine. Technically complex workpieces can thus be machined in a single setup.

The results are high machining accuracy and workpiece quality, shorter set-up times, less space required, reduced manpower requirements and further savings as fewer tools, clamping devices and fixtures are needed.

A wide selection of tables such as NC rotary tables, NC rotary and travelling tables as well as turning tables, special milling and turning heads and cycles complete the range.

Automation solutions
Soraluce can realize projects with different levels of automation. From a single machine with a simple CNC-controlled palletizing system to a flexible manufacturing cell consisting of several machines for workpiece dimensions up to 7 x 2 m and tool feeding systems. The control is carried out via industrial PCs, which also support very complex management software.

Soraluce has developed a customized control software that manages the manufacturing cell through job lists. All components, machines, workpieces, pallets, tools or CNC programs that make up the cell are integrated via this software, which facilitates operation.

“The shortage of skilled workers presents our customers with major challenges. Soraluce supports its customers in this respect and develops a wide range of options for automating process steps to relieve the machine operator.
We go to great lengths to make our customers sustainable and to build intelligent machines. For this purpose, we work hand in hand with our customers and our research center IDEKO on practical solutions that offer a decisive competitive advantage.”

“We are pleased to be back at the Intec after the pandemic-related break. The trade fair is an important industry get-together and thus also a valuable platform for us to exchange views with customers and interested parties.
Although the current economic situation presents us with challenges, we also see it as an opportunity and are optimistic about the future. The stable order situation demonstrates the confidence of our customers and our ability to operate successfully even in difficult times. We are determined to continue growing together through our innovative strength and close cooperation with our customers.”
